📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Conversion Data Analysts • Own delivery outcomes and final prioritization decisions across the conversion portfolio • Use data and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and tradeoffs and address issues proactively • Partner with Leaders, Conversion Project Managers, Engineering, Product, and Support • Guide decisions using knowledge of conversion workflows, data mapping, and Bloomerang’s data model • Create psychological safety and encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing • Make people and delivery decisions within established strategy and guidelines; escalate when needed • Model Bloomerang’s values and simplify expectations, processes, and communication • Lead steadily during high-volume or high-risk periods and follow through on commitments

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in data analytics or conversion delivery roles • 1+ year(s) of experience as a Senior or Lead Conversion Data Analyst, or equivalent • Demonstrated people leadership experience • Working proficiency in SQL • Solid grasp of data analysis concepts • Strong Excel skills • Command of data validation techniques • Familiarity with CRM platforms and conversion tooling • Track record of building trust-based relationships and partnering effectively across functions • Clear, simple communication and decisive judgment • Care about the nonprofit sector • Must be located within the U.S. or select Canadian Provinces • No visa sponsorship or relocation assistance available
