📋 Description

• Own the product backlog, writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and keeping priorities actionable • Partner with engineering, design, and VA stakeholders to translate requirements into well-scoped, deliverable product work • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives • Track delivery progress, identify blockers, and manage dependencies to keep the team moving • Use data, user research, and stakeholder feedback to inform prioritization and product decisions • Communicate clearly across engineering, design, and government stakeholder teams to keep everyone aligned • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner on federal health IT programs • Hands-on experience with Oracle Health or similar EHR platforms strongly preferred • VA program experience is a strong plus • Strong backlog management skills, including user story writing, acceptance criteria, and MVP definition • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and guiding teams through consistent sprint cycles • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and creating clarity in complex, multi-stakeholder environments • Ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative Agile environment • Clear and open communication when running planning sessions or presenting to VA leadership • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Certain roles may require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation and/or security clearance • Bachelor's Degree
