📋 Description

• Ensure zero missed commitments. Maintain clean inbox and calendar daily. • Schedule meetings, estimates, and networking events without conflicts. • Keep CRM (Jobber) 100% accurate with all leads, quotes and job information. • Follow up on unbooked jobs and leads to convert them into scheduled jobs. • Maintain complete and compliant employee records (handbook signatures, background checks, licenses, NDAs) • Manage hiring logistics (job post publication, applicant screening, interview scheduling) • Manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for commercial clients, coordinate policy updates with the insurance provider, and ensure timely delivery of COIs as requested.

You keep records clean and accurate, follow through and close loops without needing reminders.
