📋 Description

• Partner directly with multiple teams • Work with different stakeholders like store operators, operations, marketing, and the technical team to drive the program • Conduct usability testing • Drive the e-commerce business, agile development process to deliver new features and functionality • Identify and measure key metrics to ensure a best in class customer experience across our web application • Analyze quantitative and qualitative customer feedback to inform product strategy and pipeline development • Write user stories and acceptance criteria and groom stories with developers and designers

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years E-commerce Product Manager experience • Past retail experience • Oracle ATG e-commerce platform experience or similar (Magento, Shopify, Salesforce B2C etc), building omnichannel platform products • Customer-centric and must have an eye for seamless user interface • Bachelor's / Undergraduate Degree in a related field • Proven analytical skills and problem-solving ability • Self-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership of and accountability for projects • Strong organizational skills with an ability to effectively manage competing priorities • Strong relationship-building skills • Ability to communicate complex issues to a wide array of internal and external stakeholders • Proficient in robust project management software such as JIRA, and Confluence.
