• Own national payer relationships and contract strategy • Negotiate multi-year rate renewals with Tier 1 payers • Accelerate behavioral health payer contracting in new states • Evaluate and build value-based care partnerships • Build payer performance dashboards and lead governance
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years in healthcare payer strategy, network contracting, or health plan partnerships • 5+ years in senior leadership roles (VP, SVP, or Director-level) • Proven track record with Tier 1 payers • Direct experience negotiating multi- million dollar contracts • Multi-site healthcare experience • Multi-state contracting experience • Provider credentialing expertise • Strong financial modeling skills • Comfort with payer analytics and claims data • Value-based care experience
