📋 Description

• Manage full-stack applications and analytics systems for clinical and data science researchers • Work with researchers to implement analytics platforms and algorithms • Create and administer informatics research databases • Develop web-based applications used for research • Design and improve Health Information Technology and data interoperability tools • Develop, deploy, support, and integrate research resources and services • Coordinate, maintain, and troubleshoot complex research engineering functionality • Apply engineering designs and software releases while maintaining security • Design testing schedules and materials and coordinate program testing • Coordinate with researchers, senior research engineers, and technical/data science experts to balance priorities and assess progress • Create and maintain data analysis and visualization tools • Develop and maintain relational databases and track performance metrics • Prepare detailed reports of trends • Use time series regression analysis, longitudinal modeling, and risk assessment analyses • Maintain compliance documentation for internal and federal quality standards • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and training records for clinical and informatics study processes • Maintain confidentiality and comply with regulatory guidance related to protected health information

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field and at least 3 years of relevant experience • Expertise and fluency in data management, data analysis, and data visualization as a test engineer • Experience creating and maintaining data tools using Igor Pro and MySQL relational databases • Experience with data analysis, quality, and process improvement using JMP, Minitab, LabView, and Microsoft Excel • Experience with audit compliance and quality assurance • Ability to organize tasks, set priorities, multitask, and work efficiently with a team • Adaptable, creative, and a quick learner • Good verbal and written communication skills • Cover letter and resume required • Resume must include months and years (MM/YYYY format) for jobs/work experience
