📋 Description

• Strategically build and lead a cohesive team aligned with the Supply Chain Vision, Mission, and Values • Supervise, manage, and motivate team members to achieve high performance • Set work schedules, prioritize tasks, manage workloads, and resolve organizational challenges • Hire, orient, train, and evaluate staff performance • Establish processes and tools to improve team efficiency and effectiveness • Apply healthcare supply chain expertise to drive business outcomes • Identify actionable insights, interpret trends, identify underlying causes, and assess the impact of changes to supply chain activities • Leverage data insights to influence internal customers and drive behavioral changes that enhance efficiency and performance • Act as a liaison between the supply chain team and other departments • Align analytics requirements with departmental objectives • Lead initiatives, deliver training, and educate stakeholders on SC&L practices and data-driven decision-making • Keep leadership informed about emerging SC&L process trends, commercial market analysis advancements, and healthcare industry trends • Recommend and manage implementation of KPIs in partnership with University Business Intelligence (UNBI) • Order request priorities and translate functional requirements so associated work proceeds on schedule • Ensure final acceptance and adoption of SC&L KPI dashboards from site-specific metrics to organization-wide performance • Communicate metrics to stakeholders and perform other duties as assigned • Local travel to OHSU locations throughout the Portland area

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • An Associate’s degree in a related field and two additional years of relevant experience, or four additional years of relevant experience, may substitute for the Bachelor’s degree requirement • 10 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or similar, including experience using data to inform business decisions • 5 years of team leadership with direct people management responsibilities, or demonstrated leadership of cross-functional initiatives delivering analytics, operational, or performance improvement outcomes • Preferably experience managing technical, analytics, or specialized supply chain staff • Preferred: Master of Business Administration (MBA) • Preferred: 2 years of experience within a complex, matrixed healthcare environment • Supply Chain experience • Experience establishing enterprise Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Direct partnership with Business Intelligence or analytics teams • Experience translating business requirements into analytics or reporting solutions • Must complete a drug test
