📋 Description

• Handle phone correspondence • Schedule appointments • Coordinate and assemble orders with daily schedules • Maintain customer service, phone etiquette, communication, and organizational standards • Use office equipment including fax machines, computers, and printers • Collaborate with Imaging Center staff to facilitate timely patient care • Maintain records and files • Compile data and prepare reports • Perform supply inventory management and/or medical record management as needed • Handle HIPAA-sensitive information and comply with applicable regulations • Research requests and provide support to resolve and answer them • Perform special projects requiring additional training and skills • Participate as a team member and help others • Attend scheduled team meetings, trainings, and in-services • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• One (1) year of medical office experience • Radiology experience is preferred • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred • Ability to work independently and multitask • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to provide documentation accurately and concisely • Knowledge of medical and radiology terminology • Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English • Ability to professionally interact with managers, co-workers, clients, referring providers, patients, and vendors • Knowledge of computer applications, including information and billing systems, keyboard input, digital archiving, and retrieving of data
