📋 Description

• Conduct ongoing assessments to meet the needs of patients served • Communicate with supervisors, direct care staff, family members, guardians, and collateral individuals regarding individual progress • Provide supervisors with monthly schedules of appointments, home visits, and observations • Coordinate home, work, and community-based visits for observations, chart reviews, staff interviews, and data analysis • Ensure Behavior Intervention Plans are implemented effectively and properly • Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and other required meetings • Complete monthly and/or quarterly progress notes • Organize training to certify staff and team members in Behavior Intervention Plan and documentation implementation • Provide follow-up interviews, home visits, and observations • Maintain strong clinical records • Act as liaison with the public and mental health community to support ongoing goals • Assist in creating training procedures and materials to improve programs • Complete continuing education on behaviorally based interventions and techniques

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) • Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis programming with behavioral intervention • Available to work until 8:00pm PST • Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population • Must have reliable transportation • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, bending, and moving from seated to standing regularly • California: Must be a BCBA or BCaBA
