📋 Description

• Manage and execute physical and systemic storage, inventory, and stock-readiness activities • Provide warehouse support when onsite • Manage over-the-counter material pickup and disposal according to Distribution policies and current SOPs • Ensure Acceptable Performance Level (APL) metrics are achieved and maintained • Enforce Olgoonik’s safety culture and protect employee, public, and environmental health and safety • Perform activities in compliance with Olgoonik Quality Control procedures, customer policies, and SOPs • Route materials to prescribed storage locations; store, stack, and palletize materials • Rearrange and inventory stored materials • Train and mentor subordinate employees • Identify opportunities to improve training methodologies and project processes • Plan and manage training and project tasks to meet task-order requirements • Schedule work to maximize resource utilization and efficiently deliver training and project outcomes • Establish and maintain effective working relationships • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required • Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License • Ability to obtain a National Agency Check (NAC) IT level III background check for the Common Access Card (CAC) • Experience as a training specialist, with demonstrated expertise in developing and delivering technical training programs • Ability to pass Pre-Employment Drug Test and Background Screening • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to operate forklifts and other machinery • Must be a self-starter who can provide excellent customer service • Position requires U.S. Citizenship and a US Government background check • May require a US Government SECRET Clearance; if required, must have a current clearance or successfully complete a government investigation and maintain the clearance • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds for short distances • Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, and walk; full dexterity and correctable vision required
