📋 Description

• Secure large donations and build relationships with high-net-worth individuals and foundations • Design and lead the philanthropy cultivation process, including elevating public profiles and engagement opportunities of key organizational leaders • Cultivate major donor relationships through various communication channels • Manage, engage, and increase the quantity and value of current major donors and prospects • Generate large sponsorships and donations for special events • Compile, manage, and solicit large donations from a qualified portfolio of up to 125–150 major donors • Report progress against identified metrics • Conduct educational and informational presentations and tours on Oliver Gospel’s work to community supporters • Research and compile information to create detailed donor profiles • Serve as campaign lead for the Hope Match Challenge, implementing donor strategy, communications, and goal achievement • Represent Oliver Gospel at community or partner events • Provide the supervisor with donor information, reporting, and analytics as needed • Perform other duties as assigned

• A born again believer in Jesus Christ • Affirm without reservation Oliver Gospel’s Statement of Faith • Fully support Oliver Gospel’s Mission and Vision Statements • Ability and desire to work in harmony with other Oliver Gospel employees • Be on time and ready to work at the assigned work location on every scheduled day of work • Tobacco and/or vaping products are not permitted during scheduled work hours or at any Mission event • Valid South Carolina driver’s license • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field • Exceptional skills in relating to a wide variety of individuals • Experience in customer service, sales, and nonprofit fundraising • Experience in public speaking • Knowledge of fundraising and donor CSM software • Knowledge of PC-based software and Microsoft suite products • Ability to work in a changing, growth-oriented environment • Ability to concentrate and apply mental processes • Ability to respond appropriately to stressful situations • Ability to work with disruptions, critical issues, and emotional individuals • Ability to move seamlessly from one task to another • Ability to participate in travel experiences • Ability to move about inside the facility to engage employees and/or guests • Ability to operate a computer and other office machinery for long periods of time • Ability to climb stairs, bend, squat, kneel, and reach upward and/or outward in performing tasks • Ability to frequently lift, carry, push and/or pull items weighing up to 10 pounds • Ability to engage in limited exposure to publicly transmitted diseases, such as colds, viruses, etc.
