📋 Description

• Gather and implement customer pricing and rebate requirements accurately and timely for Street, Bid, and OTH customer account types. • Support key pricing activities for LCC and CMU business. • Support local purchase-based agreements with Sysco Suppliers. • Monitor and review the company's pricing system to identify and recommend changes that improve quality, operational efficiency, and prevent margin erosion. • Set up vendor and customer agreements, including contract loading and storage processes. • Set up and maintain Price Rules, Bid Rules, and Validation Rules, including customer eligibility maintenance. • Support audits and pricing disputes involving Master Distribution Agreements, Price Rules, Bid Rules, CPAS, and Vendor agreements. • Verify margins or markups and frequency, and ensure contracts are properly stored and indexed in Sysco's Contract Repository (CLM). • Support exception reporting processes to ensure accurate pricing. • Collaborate with Sysco Business Services, Market Sales Management, and Merchandising Departments on contracts, agreements, rebates, and pricing issues. • Engage in related activities and special projects supporting companies within the market. • Maintain attendance standards set by the company.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent. • 3 years of progressive experience within accounting, finance, or auditing or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Experience with contracts and/or auditing • Detail and deadline-oriented • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States. • Ability to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and telephone to talk and hear. • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
