📋 Description

• Lead quality assurance and quality control for the team • Provide senior-level design review for the team • Attend client meetings • Direct and manage project staff on technical aspects of projects • Coordinate with all disciplines involved on projects • Plan and oversee the quality review process for project deliverables • Provide consultative project-resolution support to clients • Develop subject matter expertise in design areas • Act as a technical resource for project issues • Assist with project studies by completing drawings, sketching, or acquiring data • Promote efficiencies in producing quality work • Supervise and review assignments of less experienced staff • Travel to job sites at different construction stages as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication skills • Ability to contribute and work well on a team • Associate Degree in Drafting • 10 years of CAD software experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D • Project Management skills for medium-sized projects • Ability to travel for in-office activities, client visits, and site visits as needed • Ability to work in all types of terrain and weather conditions
