📋 Description

• Lead large-scale project design as technical lead for complex assignments, from initial design through project completion • Execute high-level analysis and review project documents for compliance with applicable standards, codes, and regulations • Oversee and monitor engineering processes and resources to maximize productivity and efficiency • Develop and implement standards and guidelines for diverse engineering activities • Provide technical design training and mentoring to elevate team expertise • Support project management objectives by organizing technical resources for key projects and utilizing resources effectively • Collaborate with project managers to complete technical project aspects on time, within budget, and according to objectives • Exercise creativity, decision-making, and responsibility for discipline-specific design tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication skills • Ability to contribute and work well on a team • Master's Degree in Structural Engineering or Civil or Architectural Engineering with a structural emphasis • 12-20+ years of related Structural Engineering experience • Must be a registered professional • At least four years of experience supervising technical personnel • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding client expectations through technical design work • Excellent client service orientation • Solid interpersonal and decision-making skills • Ability to generate innovative and effective solutions to complex problems
