• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements • Supporting various technology initiatives • Working closely with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into actionable solutions • Ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical capabilities
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field • 3+ years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis • Experience with requirements gathering and documentation • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work with cross-functional teams • Familiarity with ERP systems and workflow automation • Experience in financial services or technology environments • Experience with BPMN 2.0 (preferred) • Knowledge of Active Directory (preferred) • Familiarity with regulatory compliance processes (preferred) • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred)
