📋 Description

• Execute functional, integration, system, and user acceptance testing activities • Create, maintain, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts • Identify, document, and track defects through resolution • Collaborate with business users, developers, and project stakeholders to validate system functionality • Participate in reviews and ensure test coverage aligns with business needs • Support validation of system enhancements, defect fixes, and production releases • Utilize testing and defect management tools such as JIRA and Selenium

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience supporting Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES) projects • Experience with Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, Child Welfare, Child Support, or other Health & Human Services programs • Demonstrated software testing experience in government or public sector environments • Experience creating and executing test cases and test scenarios • Experience managing defects and working within structured testing processes • Ability to quickly understand complex eligibility workflows and business processes
