📋 Description

• Lead program and project management initiatives across multiple sectors • Oversee project delivery from initiation to completion • Ensure alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources • Facilitate communication across teams • Manage multiple projects simultaneously • Lead cross-functional teams in dynamic environments

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Experience with project management tools such as Jira and MS Project • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience • PMP or similar project management certification preferred • Experience in IT or technical project management preferred • Familiarity with budgeting and financial management preferred • Experience in a remote work environment preferred
