📋 Description

• Lead and deliver complex initiatives across various sectors • Oversee project lifecycles from initiation to completion • Ensure alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations • Coordinate cross-functional teams • Manage budgets • Mitigate risks • Foster a collaborative environment

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management or program management • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Trello • U.S. citizenship • Ability to obtain a Department of Defense security clearance for specific roles • PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred • Experience in IT or technical project management preferred • Familiarity with data management and system migrations preferred • Experience in the financial services or healthcare industry preferred
