📋 Description

• Support the Program Lead in executing franchise rollout plans from readiness through go-live and post-launch support. • Maintain franchise readiness checklists and rollout plans, including dependencies, data requirements, owners, due dates, evidence, exceptions, and remediation plans. • Monitor progress, identify risks and delays, and escalate issues to program leadership. • Coordinate franchise stakeholders, facilitate meetings, document decisions and action items, and provide status, risk, and next-step updates. • Coordinate source-data readiness, pre-load validation, and post-load validation with franchises and Data and Product teams. • Identify and troubleshoot rollout blockers and drive timely resolution. • Capture lessons learned and improve rollout methodology for future franchise waves. • Develop and maintain repeatable, scalable rollout process documentation. • Coordinate training activities and go-live logistics. • Coordinate rollout communications, meeting notes, action tracking, and participant guidance. • Coordinate hypercare activities, including support chats, support bridges, and end-of-day calls. • Track post-launch issues through resolution or formal disposition and escalate critical or aging issues. • Close or formally hand off outstanding actions and issues. • Maintain updates in the overall program integrated plan. • Provide additional project coordination and tracking support throughout the rollout lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of project or program management experience, preferably supporting technology implementations, digital transformation, system rollouts, or multi-site deployments. • Strong organizational skills, follow-through, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and competing priorities. • Ability to work effectively with franchise owners, program leadership, technical teams, and business stakeholders. • Strong communication and facilitation skills. • Strong planning, analytical, problem-solving, and executive-status reporting skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Jira, and Visio. • Sound judgment and proactive problem-solving skills, including risk recognition, escalation judgment, and issue resolution. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with simultaneous rollout waves and competing priorities. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. • All qualified candidates must be authorized to work without visa sponsorship or visa transfers. • Must be able to work EST hours.
