📋 Description

• Manage multiple small-sized technical and/or non-technical projects under the direction of a Senior Project Manager • Manage changes to project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques • Develop project plans, forecasts and schedules • Gather and document project requirements, constraints and assumptions with stakeholders • Establish project deliverables using planning sessions, brainstorming, focus groups and project charters • Create work breakdown structures, project organization charts, cost/budget, communication, risk, quality and resource plans • Communicate project plans and align stakeholders and project team members • Execute project plans, manage budgets and forecasts, and monitor and control project work • Measure project performance, identify and quantify variances, complete corrective actions and communicate results • Implement approved risk-mitigation actions and workarounds • Build team cohesion, lead, mentor, train and motivate project teams • Support larger project initiatives under higher management • Manage projects from initiation through close • Allocate work as a team leader and check completion and quality • Complete other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of proven general management, project analysis, or project management experience, including a minimum of 1 year of project management experience; OR, in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 4 years of higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 2 years of proven general management, project analysis, or project management experience, of which a minimum of 1 year is project management experience • Proficiency with personal computers and pertinent software packages • Familiarity with project scope, objectives, team-member roles and responsibilities • Ability to develop project plans, forecasts and schedules • Ability to manage budgets, risks, quality, resources, communications and change controls • Understanding of and adherence to company risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls • Ability to identify risk-related issues requiring escalation • Ability to maintain internal control standards and implement audit/regulatory actions
