📋 Description

• Oversee project lifecycles from initiation to completion • Ensure alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations • Coordinate cross-functional teams • Manage budgets and project timelines • Mitigate project risks • Foster a collaborative environment • Lead and deliver complex initiatives across various sectors

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management • Proven experience leading complex projects across multiple teams • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to manage budgets and project timelines effectively • Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience • PMP or similar project management certification (preferred) • Experience in IT or software development environments (preferred) • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and Trello (preferred)
