📋 Description
• Develop and implement program strategies, objectives, and metrics to achieve business goals. • Oversee the planning, execution, and integration of multiple projects within the program. • Coordinate cross-project activities and facilitate collaboration across functional teams. • Manage and allocate program resources and budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness. • Identify, monitor, and manage program risks and issues, developing contingency plans when needed. • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and align expectations.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field required. • PMP or PMI certification.
