• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure Salesforce solutions align with organizational goals • Configure and optimize the Salesforce platform • Facilitate user adoption • Drive process improvements • Support critical business initiatives and impactful projects that enhance business operations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM functionalities • Proven experience in requirements gathering and documentation • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to facilitate workshops and meetings • Experience with process mapping and gap analysis • Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred) • Experience with Agile methodologies (preferred) • Familiarity with data analysis tools (preferred)
