📋 Description

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux systems • Provide operational support for enterprise infrastructure • Ensure reliability and performance of IT services • Manage backup and recovery processes • Perform patch management • Monitor systems • Work closely with other IT professionals on projects and initiatives • Maintain a secure and efficient IT environment • Manage and resolve ServiceNow tickets

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator • Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux environments • Experience with virtualization technologies • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure management • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage and resolve ServiceNow tickets • Experience with backup and recovery processes • Certifications such as MCSE or RHCE (preferred) • Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure systems (preferred) • Experience with performance monitoring tools (preferred)
