📋 Description

• Advising Americas PX professionals and business leaders on employment law matters • Supporting the management of global commercial and intellectual property litigation, pre-litigation disputes, subpoenas, and government inquiries • Reviewing and updating Americas PX policies, guidelines, templates, and training materials • Utilizing AI to efficiently provide high-quality legal guidance • Helping develop and deliver training for cross-functional partners on employment law, litigation-related best practices, and risk mitigation • Drafting and reviewing agreements, correspondence, and other legal documents

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5-7 years of employment law and/or litigation experience • Proven and results-oriented experience supporting employment law matters and commercial litigation and disputes • Experience with LATAM employment laws or strong interest in learning & advising on LATAM employment matters • JD from an accredited law school; active membership in at least one US state bar • Fluency in Spanish or French a plus
