📋 Description

• Support execution of the renewal operations strategy, including forecasting inputs, pipeline hygiene, and process improvements • Execute and maintain workflows that support timely, accurate, and efficient renewals across customer segments • Flag process gaps or bottlenecks for improvement • Assist Revenue Operations and Finance with data and analysis supporting renewal quota, territory, and incentive structure decisions • Support automation and system improvements in Salesforce and other go-to-market tools • Build and maintain renewal workflows, reports, and alerts • Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking renewal performance, churn trends, and forecast accuracy • Surface insights for leadership review • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Renewals Representatives, Revenue Operations, and Finance on renewal policies, pricing, and customer communications • Partner with renewal operations team members and contribute to continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Customer Success Operations, with a focus on renewals • Experience supporting or building renewal processes in a SaaS or recurring revenue business • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and related RevOps tools (e.g., CPQ, Gainsight, Clari, etc.) • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a matrixed organization • Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment preferred • Familiarity with renewal ownership models across AEs, CSMs, and dedicated renewal reps preferred • Must be based in India and work the EMEA time shift
