β’ Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of standard corporate agreements β’ Partner closely with the sales team and internal stakeholders β’ Maintain, organize, and optimize our digital contract management system and legal files β’ Meet regularly with internal business units to understand contract requirements and provide status updates
β’ 3β5+ years of experience as a corporate or commercial transactions paralegal β’ Experience working within the healthcare sector is highly preferred β’ Strong proficiency with CRM tools, electronic signature platforms, and standard productivity suites (Google Workspace/MS Office/SharePoint) β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
