📋 Description
• Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of standard corporate agreements • Partner closely with the sales team and internal stakeholders • Maintain, organize, and optimize our digital contract management system and legal files • Meet regularly with internal business units to understand contract requirements and provide status updates
🎯 Requirements
• 3–5+ years of experience as a corporate or commercial transactions paralegal • Experience working within the healthcare sector is highly preferred • Strong proficiency with CRM tools, electronic signature platforms, and standard productivity suites (Google Workspace/MS Office/SharePoint) • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
