📋 Description

• Treat patients via telehealth visits, including telephonic triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups • Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other continuous learning modalities • Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles • Apply clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care • Provide virtual clinical care to One Medical patients in concert with primary care providers • Deliver evidence-based care using advanced technology and a team-based approach

🎯 Requirements

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification • In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), or 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+) • Currently licensed in MD, DC or VA, with ability to obtain additional state licenses • Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts • Ability to work current shifts ranging from 6am–5pm PST, 7am–6pm PST, 8am–7pm PST, 11am–10pm PST, or 1pm–12am PST • Excellent clinical and communication skills • Passion for human-centered primary care • Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds • Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care • Desire to be an integral part of a healthcare delivery team • Openness to feedback and reflection • Ability to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues • Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to patient needs • Authorized to work in the U.S.
