📋 Description

• Treat patients via telehealth visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups • Participate in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities • Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles • Use specific clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care • Contribute to One Medical’s mission of delivering evidence-based, accessible primary care through virtual clinical services

🎯 Requirements

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification • In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), or 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+) • Currently licensed in DC, MD, VA, or FL with ability to obtain additional state licenses • For FL: must have received Autonomous APRN status • For VA: must have autonomous practice • Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday and/or Sunday • Ability to work current shifts ranging from 6 am–5 pm ET, 11 am–10 pm ET, or 1 pm–12 am ET • Excellent clinical and communication skills • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care • Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care • Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds • Ability to navigate uncertain situations and adapt behavior to meet patient needs • Authorization to work in the U.S.
