📋 Description

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups • Participate in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities • Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles • Apply specific clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care

🎯 Requirements

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification • Currently licensed in DC or TX, with possibility to obtain additional state licenses • At least 2 years in the past 5 years as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages, or in urgent care/emergency medicine seeing patients of all ages • Ability to work afternoons and evenings; current shifts are 7am–6pm EST or 11am–10pm EST • Excellent clinical and communication skills • Ability to follow established clinical protocols and workflows • Passion for human-centered primary care • Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds • Ability to use technology to deliver high-quality care • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care • Desire to be an integral part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery • Openness to feedback and reflection • Ability to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues • Readiness to adapt behavior to meet patient needs • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
