📋 Description

• Treat patients via telehealth visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups • Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other continuous learning activities • Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles • Apply clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care • Provide virtual clinical care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year as part of the Virtual Medical Team

🎯 Requirements

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification • In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+) • Currently licensed in OR, with ability to obtain additional state licenses • Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday and Sunday • Ability to work current shifts ranging from 7am–6pm PST, 12pm–11pm PST, and 1pm–12am PST • Excellent clinical and communication skills • Passion for human-centered primary care • Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds • Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care • Openness to feedback and reflection • Ability to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues • Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to patient needs • Authorized to work in the U.S.; One Medical participates in E-Verify
