📋 Description

• Treat patients via telehealth visits, including telephonic triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups • Participate in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities • Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles • Apply clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care • Provide evidence-based virtual medical care in concert with patients’ primary care providers • Support 24/7, 365-day virtual care delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification • In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+) • Currently licensed in AZ, CA, CO, OR, or WA, with ability to obtain additional state licenses • For CA: 103 or 104 certification is strongly preferred, with willingness to obtain required certification • Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday and/or Sunday • Ability to work listed shifts ranging from 6am–5pm PST through 1pm–12am PST • Excellent clinical and communication skills • Passion for human-centered primary care • Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds • Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care • Openness to feedback and reflection • Ability to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues • Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet patient needs • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
