📋 Description

• Treat patients via telehealth visits, including video visit appointments and message-based care • Manage a broad array of patient needs virtually through acute, chronic, and well visits • Adopt standard work and clinical protocols for evidence-based clinical care • Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other continuous learning modalities • Collaborate with teammates and leadership via daily huddles • Provide collaborative oversight of 4–8 NP or PA colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• Completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program • Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in a primary care or virtual primary care setting • Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine • Active state license in either CA, NY or DC • Minimum of 15 state licenses and willingness to obtain and maintain additional licenses with the support of the One Medical Credentialing Team • Experience with virtual care and/or virtual primary care preferred • Full time, 40 hours including some evenings and weekends • Must reside in the United States • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
