📋 Description

• Respond to customer, agent, and client inquiries via phone or web • Ensure timely, accurate follow-up and resolution • Resolve problems and verify insurance requirements • Process policies and related documents efficiently • Assist other departments with support when needed • Consistently meet departmental standards for productivity, accuracy, and service quality • Maintain confidentiality and security of customer data

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience • Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) • Strong communication skills
