📋 Description

• Serve as the frontline representative and image of MTM Health • Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities • Perform a variety of tasks that increase in complexity as skills progress • Handle approximately 60–80 calls per day, with higher volumes on Mondays • Help deliver personalized attention and exceptional care • Support MTM Health’s mission to remove barriers to care and improve lives

🎯 Requirements

• Must currently reside in Texas • 1 year of Call Center experience • 6 months Customer Service experience • Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills • High speed Internet access such as Cable, DSL or Fiber • Minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and minimum download speed of 30 mbps • Use of wireless and WiFi “air cards” is prohibited • A quiet space within the home free of distractions, including caretaking of any kind
