📋 Description

• Guide customers through discovery and implementation processes to ensure effective use of the Bridgeway software suite • Guide customers through organizational change when moving from one system to another • Align projects with business objectives • Construct detailed work plans • Manage project teams, milestones, budgets, timelines, resources, risks, scope, margins, and billable utilization • Lead client implementations of proprietary software from project kick-off through go-live and transition to support • Manage communications, escalations, and expectations with internal and external stakeholders • Develop, monitor, and update project plans, schedules, budgets, and estimates in an online professional services automation solution • Forecast project financials and ensure on-time, in-budget delivery • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation • Participate in process improvement activities • Collaborate across professional services, sales, support, engineering, and technical services/hosting • Lead requirements gathering, estimating, and proposal creation • Coordinate requirements, engineering handoffs, integrations, training, and knowledge transfer • Track project portfolio performance against key metrics and recommend efficiency improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience planning and managing the implementation of enterprise level software or IT consulting projects for external stakeholders, including ownership of budget and schedule • Ability to work on challenging projects that require creativity and prioritizing work loads • Proven ability to solve problems creatively • Excellent analytical skills • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful • Knowledge of Agile Scrum projects, methods, and principles • Experience managing projects using an online professional services automation solution such as AdaptiveWork/PlanView or SmartSheet • Strong MS Office skills • Experience using generative AI tools such as Claude and Copilot to improve productivity and deliver high-quality outcomes • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP), preferred
