📋 Description

• Develop and maintain cost reports or schedules • Track actuals, commitments, and forecast data • Assist with accruals and reporting cycles • Identify variances and support risk and trend analysis • Interface with project team members to gather inputs • Status, forecast, and analyze project schedules • Maintain organized project controls documentation • Perform independent cost and/or schedule management tasks for projects of moderate complexity • Support senior staff and clients through analysis, reporting, and execution of defined project controls deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field. • Three or more years of related experience in working as a cost or schedule management SME on capital projects, including design, construction and testing phases. • Direct experience working on teams within a complex, matrixed environment. • Expertise using cost and schedule management software. • Experience within one or more of the following industries required: construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial or related technical field. • Must possess effective communication skills - both oral and written.
