📋 Description

• Promote professional door hardware specification services, including Division 8 and 28, to prospective architectural accounts as a pull-through sales strategy • Manage and oversee project lifecycles from Schematic Design through Construction Administration • Proactively manage projects on time, within scope and budget, while managing risk and quality control • Assist in developing project scopes of services and objectives • Ensure stakeholder involvement and technical feasibility in door hardware solutions • Promote Allegion brands and architectural services • Procure project specification opportunities using industry knowledge and network • Initiate architectural consulting agreements with firms using industry relationships and expertise • Collaborate with local project sales teams on specification projects and market meetings • Maintain knowledge of industry and competitor products and adapt to marketplace changes • Maintain awareness of Allegion policies, guidelines, and procedures and ensure compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, architecture, construction management, or door hardware consultancy • High School Diploma required • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field preferred • Ability to travel up to 25% within the territory • Basic understanding of security systems integrations and electronic components • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated experience influencing others with a bias for action • Strong customer service focus • Must live within the territory: North Carolina, South Carolina, or Virginia • Must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States • Allegion does not intend to provide sponsorship for employment visa status
