📋 Description
• Own end-to-end completion of permit research projects • Collaborate closely with AI/engineering teams to improve research accuracy, speed, and automation • Provide structured outputs that feed directly into customer-facing Permit Guides
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in architecture, construction management or a related permitting/project management function • Background in commercial/retail permitting • Strong research skills with an emphasis on accuracy and clarity • Ability to collaborate with engineers, product teams, and permitting leaders • Proactive, problem-solving mindset • Ability to work in the United States • Visa sponsorship requirement must be disclosed
