📋 Description

• Manage assigned Credit projects from initiation through implementation • Ensure scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, quality, and dependencies remain on track • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, status updates, action item trackers, decision logs, and other documentation • Schedule and facilitate project meetings, document decisions, assign follow-up actions, and monitor completion • Partner with Credit leadership, Credit team members, Training, E3PO, and other business partners to coordinate project execution • Monitor and coordinate resolution of project risks, issues, dependencies, and obstacles • Prepare and deliver project status reports, dashboards, and communications • Coordinate implementation activities, including requirements coordination, testing, business readiness, training preparation, process documentation, launch support, and post-launch follow-up • Lead process documentation efforts across Credit • Coordinate change management activities, including stakeholder communication, readiness tracking, training coordination, and adoption follow-up • Define and document current-state and future-state workflows • Track technology implementations, automation, reporting enhancements, business process improvements, and other cross-functional Credit projects • Serve as a key project contact and department liaison • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience • 2+ years of project management, project coordination, business operations, or related experience • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders • Working knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills • Ability to identify project risks, communicate concerns clearly, and coordinate practical solutions • Experience creating project plans, trackers, status reports, dashboards, meeting notes, and process documentation • Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills • Ability to build effective relationships and influence outcomes without direct authority • Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and follow through in a fast-paced environment • Experience supporting process improvement, change management, training readiness, or business implementation activities preferred • Experience with collaboration, reporting, and project management tools preferred • Knowledge of Credit, Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash, AI, or automation is a plus • Ability to work standard hours of 8:00–5:00 PST • Ability to perform extended computer-based work and occasional lifting of 10–15 pounds
