📋 Description

• Lead new and ongoing projects through initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion • Coordinate workflow for assigned projects • Coordinate cross-functional discipline team members to keep project requirements, deadlines, and schedules on track • Host assigned project meetings • Submit project deliverables and ensure high-quality standards • Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information • Establish and execute effective project communication plans • Anticipate project needs and drive creative, collaborative problem solving • Participate in medical-legal-regulatory review meetings as required • Develop, monitor, and implement project timelines and revise them as needed • Communicate project status formally and informally to clients and internal teams • Track and report project metrics and provide recommendations to management • Resolve or escalate project risks in a timely manner • Manage client satisfaction throughout projects and client partnerships • Facilitate or participate in post-project evaluations • Coordinate development of user manuals, training materials, and other implementation documents • Improve project and process efficiencies, including use of AI and AI integration tools • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in project management leading cross-functional teams • Ability to support project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies • Experience persevering through all aspects of a detailed, multi-component program from concept to completion in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • High personal standards in quality and attention to detail • Ability to communicate difficult or sensitive information tactfully and professionally • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to complete projects in a timely manner • Preferred bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar discipline • Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management or related experience • Certification in Project Management preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite • Preferred 8 years of experience in Project Management or related experience • Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday • Minimal overnight travel may be required • Must be able to work at onsite or remote locations as assigned
