📋 Description

• Establish and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for Legal team workload, performance, outcomes, and risk • Redesign and continuously improve legal processes • Build scalable workflows, playbooks, and templates • Identify process gaps and efficiencies • Lead internal and cross-functional legal operations initiatives end-to-end • Manage team queues and resolve legal inquiries, requests, and tasks promptly and accurately • Design and implement AI-assisted workflows to automate legal intake and contract review support • Track industry trends and innovations in legal operations • Share expertise and insights to drive continuous improvement • Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant operations, analytical, or technical work experience • Experience at a technology or SaaS company • Ability to build and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks • Comfort working with data and presenting insights to leadership • Hands-on experience with GenAI and AI models/tools • Experience managing workflow, intake, approval, reporting, or automation tools in legal or operations settings • Adaptability and a proactive mindset • Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects • Proficiency or path to proficiency in building and managing agentic AI workflows and other automations • Experience with Zendesk, Ironclad, Ivo, Brightflag, and/or similar tools and systems • Must reside in the US, excluding the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area
