📋 Description

• Guide customers through discovery and implementation processes for the Bridgeway software suite • Align projects with business objectives and construct detailed work plans • Lead client implementations from project kick-off through go-live and transition to support • Manage communications, escalations, and expectations with internal and external stakeholders • Develop, monitor, and update project schedules, budgets, estimates, and financial forecasts • Deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining margin and billable utilization objectives • Evaluate and manage project resources efficiently • Manage scope against contract deliverables • Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks affecting budget, timelines, efficiency, and project delivery • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation • Participate in process improvement activities • Collaborate with professional services, sales, support, engineering, and technical services/hosting teams • Lead requirements gathering, estimating, and proposal creation • Coordinate requirements, engineering handoffs, and integrations • Coordinate training and knowledge transfer to Client Services • Track project portfolio performance against key metrics and recommend efficiency improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience planning and managing enterprise-level software implementation or IT consulting projects for external stakeholders, including budget and schedule ownership • Ability to work on challenging projects requiring creativity and workload prioritization • Proven ability to solve problems creatively • Excellent analytical skills • Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness • Knowledge of Agile Scrum projects, methods, and principles • Experience using online professional services automation solutions such as AdaptiveWork/PlanView and SmartSheet • Strong Microsoft Office skills • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline • PMP certification preferred • Willingness to travel up to 15% within the U.S. and Canada • East coast candidates preferred
