📋 Description

• Enterprise-wide compensation architecture including pay bands, job leveling, FLSA standards • Management Incentive Plan (MIP) design, administration, and communication • Short- and long-term incentive programs (STI/LTI) tied to real performance outcomes • Benefits strategy with medical, dental, vision, 401(k), leave programs, open enrollment • People analytics with pay equity audits, retention modeling, board-ready reporting • M&A integration support, assessing acquired companies' total rewards programs

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience in compensation and benefits • Background in PE-backed, multi-site, or distributed service environments (hospitality, property management, field ops) • Hands-on experience with MIP, LTI, or executive compensation programs • Expert-level benchmarking skills (Radford, Mercer, WTW) • Strong HRIS fluency (Workday, ADP, UKG, Paycom)
