📋 Description

• Own day-to-day administration of OneImaging’s SaaS and cloud vendor stack, prioritizing security and logging. • Administer tenant settings, SSO/SAML, SCIM, MFA, API keys, roles and permissions. • Configure and maintain audit logging, centralize logs where possible, and ensure retention meets compliance needs. • Conduct access reviews, remove stale accounts and over-privileged roles, and maintain admin-rights inventories. • Review vendor security settings, track security notices, and evaluate vendor requests for risk. • Onboard and offboard employees and contractors across systems using Rippling and Google Workspace. • Manage groups, roles, licenses, device enrollment, MDM policies and endpoint security. • Write Python, PowerShell or Bash scripts and use vendor APIs to automate provisioning, access reviews, log collection and reporting. • Build integrations between HRIS, identity providers and SaaS platforms. • Triage and contain security alerts, gather log evidence, escalate incidents, participate in post-incident reviews, and implement corrective actions. • Maintain and test incident response and business continuity runbooks. • Provide tier 1–2 employee IT support for hardware, accounts, access, video conferencing, printers and office networks. • Procure, image and manage laptops and peripherals and maintain asset inventories. • Create internal how-to documentation to enable self-service. • Administer the company’s AWS, Rippling, Google Workspace, Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom, Zoom, Aircall, Twilio, Databricks, MongoDB Atlas, Sentry, Linear, Postman, Stytch, Anthropic, OpenAI and other listed platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years administering SaaS and cloud platforms in a company of 50–500 people, including Google Workspace and an identity/HR platform like Rippling or Okta, and ideally AWS. • Hands-on experience configuring SSO/SAML, SCIM provisioning, MFA policies and role-based access. • Working knowledge of audit logging and log review, including CloudTrail, Workspace audit logs or Zendesk audit entries. • Scripting ability in at least one of Python, PowerShell or Bash, and comfort calling REST APIs. • Experience responding to security incidents such as phishing, compromised accounts and lost devices, and documenting incidents. • Strong IT support instincts and ability to communicate clearly with non-technical colleagues and close tickets quickly. • Familiarity with HIPAA or a comparable compliance framework such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001, including implications for access control and logging. • Nice to have: AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Security Specialty, or Google Workspace Administrator certification. • Nice to have: Experience with SIEM or log aggregation tools and writing detection rules. • Nice to have: MDM experience and macOS/Windows endpoint hardening. • Nice to have: Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code experience. • Nice to have: Prior work in healthcare or another regulated company. • Nice to have: Experience administering API usage and keys for Anthropic or OpenAI, including spend and access controls.
