📋 Description

• Administer Oracle Fusion HCM Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments • Coordinate with user communities, peers, Business Management, Information Management, and the laboratory • Configure and maintain payroll elements, balances, Fast Formulas, payroll definitions, payment methods, costing, legislative data groups, and payroll relationships • Analyze and troubleshoot payroll processing technical issues • Support payroll team audits • Support regular payroll runs, retroactive pay, tax updates, costing, year-end processing including W-2s, and payroll reconciliation • Develop and maintain HCM Reports, BI Publisher reports, and OTBI reports • Perform bulk data loads using HDL or HSDL • Manage security roles, data roles, SSO, identity domains, and user provisioning under role-based access controls • Develop and test HCM rules • Participate in quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, testing, regression testing, and feature validation • Coordinate Service Requests with Oracle Support • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Level 3: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant work experience, or an advanced degree in the same fields and 2 years of relevant work experience • Level 4: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 9 years of relevant work experience, or a Master's degree in the same fields and 6 years of relevant work experience, or a PhD in the same fields and 4 years of relevant work experience • Relevant experience in Information Systems Administration • U.S. citizenship required • Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly Payroll, Core HR, Absence, Time & Labor, Benefits, HCM Security, and Fast Formulas • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM environments • Knowledge of HCM Reports, BI Publisher, and OTBI reports • Understanding of bulk data loads using HDL or HSDL • Knowledge of security roles, data roles, SSO, identity domains, and user provisioning • Experience developing and testing HCM rules • Applicants subject to DOE O 142.3B, Unclassified Foreign National Access Program requirements • Ability to perform the stated physical requirements, including occasional lifting or moving up to 50 pounds with assistance
