📋 Description

• Administer AWS accounts and environments • Manage AWS Organizations • Monitor cloud infrastructure • Provision resources • Perform maintenance and upgrades • Support cost optimization • Support production and non-production environments • Administer EC2, ECS, RDS, Transfer Family, Systems Manager, ACM, GuardDuty, FSx, and VPC • Manage Windows systems • Perform server maintenance and patching • Administer storage and access controls • Perform infrastructure upgrades • Manage application environments • Administer Microsoft Entra ID • Manage SSO integrations • Provision users • Manage GitHub identity integrations • Administer privileged access management and password vaults • Administer site-to-site and point-to-site VPNs • Manage VPC peering, firewalls, and DNS • Troubleshoot networks • Conduct security monitoring and vulnerability remediation • Prepare compliance reports • Manage SSL certificates • Support audits and incident response • Administer enterprise applications including PagerDuty, Freshdesk, GitHub, Wrike, TeamCity, Cloudticity AWS, Oxygen, Datadog, Talend, GoDaddy, LastPass, and Nalpeiron • Handle Tier 2/3 escalations • Support deployments • Coordinate with vendors • Provide on-call support as needed • Shape AWS and Entra ID environment evolution, strengthen security and compliance, and collaborate with engineering, operations, and leadership to maintain critical healthcare systems
