The platform unifies controls, policies, evidence collection, and automated security tooling (attack surface monitoring, code scanning, vulnerability management) and pairs automation with expert services such as penetration testing and vCISO to both pass audits and reduce actual risk. Oneleet is designed to integrate with existing developer and cloud stacks and to turn remediation work into documented compliance evidence.

📋 Description

• Own the full accounting close cycle, including GL, AP, AR, payroll accounting, deferred revenue, and reconciliations • Prepare accurate GAAP financial statements monthly, quarterly, and annually • Own ASC 606 revenue recognition across all product lines • Review material contracts, maintain deferred revenue schedules, and reconcile the ARR waterfall with the VP of Finance • Build and run the AR collections process, including aging management, customer outreach, escalations, and DSO tracking • Partner with Customer Success and Sales on billing disputes and cash application • Design and implement internal controls, accounting policies, delegation of authority, and spend approval governance • Build audit readiness infrastructure • Own federal, state, and sales tax compliance with external advisors • Manage ASC 718 equity accounting, stock option plan administration, and cap table coordination • Evaluate, implement, and optimize the accounting technology stack and integrations • Automate recurring accounting workflows to improve accuracy and reduce close cycle time • Partner with the VP of Finance on board reporting, investor packages, and Series B diligence materials • Serve as primary liaison with external auditors, tax advisors, banking partners, and corporate counsel • Build and develop a small high-performing accounting team

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience • Experience as Controller or Assistant Controller at a venture-backed SaaS company • Deep command of US GAAP, including ASC 606 in a recurring-revenue environment • Experience with multi-element arrangements, non-standard deals, and deferred revenue management • Working knowledge of ASC 718 and equity accounting • Demonstrated experience building an accounting function from the ground up • Experience designing accounting policies, establishing controls, and implementing systems • Experience managing external audits through completion • Hands-on experience with a modern cloud ERP such as Campfire or Rillet • Experience integrating billing, CRM, and payroll platforms • Comfort using AI tools for accounting workflows and analysis • Ability to translate technical accounting positions into plain language for executives, the board, and investors • CPA strongly preferred • Big 4 or regional public accounting background strongly preferred • B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or compliance background is a bonus • Experience scaling accounting teams from Series A onward and supporting Series B+ fundraising and investor diligence is a bonus
