📋 Description

• Generate production-ready components directly in code • Help define modern design-to-code practices at OnePay • Use AI coding tools to accelerate production work • Move the team beyond traditional specification-based handoff • Bridge design and engineering disciplines • Implement precise design details, including design tokens and component mappings • Help shape fluid team processes while shipping • Build and ship product features for iOS, Android, and web platforms using React Native • Work with Node, TypeScript, NestJS, microservices, Kubernetes, and AWS-based systems • Participate in OnePay’s interview process, including AI-assisted screening and technical, team, and executive interviews

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in both Figma and code, specifically React Native or React • Active use of AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, v0, or similar at production velocity • Fluency in design tokens and component architecture • Understanding of how design systems map to code • Experience shipping on cross-functional teams where design and engineering overlap • Strong communication across design and engineering disciplines • Track record of operating in fluid environments and helping define how teams work • Familiarity with modern software engineering practices • Authorization to work lawfully in the United States • Must disclose whether employment-based immigration sponsorship will be required
