📋 Description

• Design and deploy machine learning, deep learning, and LLM models • Shape customer experience, drive business growth, and improve operational efficiency • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams • Develop personalization and recommendation systems for dynamic, user-centric product experiences • Design and optimize search and retrieval systems • Improve discoverability, relevance, and user satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building and productionizing ML/AI models that deliver measurable business impact • Experience building and productionizing LLM-powered applications, agentic systems, and traditional ML (ranking, recommendations, personalization) • A strong technical background with a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field • Fluency in collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to bring AI solutions from ideation to deployment • Drive and proactivity • Currently authorized to work lawfully in the United States • Must disclose if employment-based immigration sponsorship is required now or in the future
